Marianna is a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in Yoga Nidra. She guides practitioners in exploring awareness and connecting with their inner landscape through gentle, supportive movement and meditation. By listening to the subtle messages of body and mind, she creates space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious relaxation in which the body rests deeply while the mind remains alert. In this state, practitioners can observe mental and emotional patterns, uncover insights beneath everyday awareness, and invite a sense of ease throughout body and mind.
