Marianna is a trauma-informed RYT-200 yoga and meditation teacher with specialized training in Yoga Nidra. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, meditation, and deep rest practices that cultivate grounding, self-awareness, and inner steadiness.Her approach is accessible, compassionate, and rooted in nervous system awareness. She creates spaces that honor individual pacing and encourage safety, choice, and embodied presence.Marianna offers group classes, workshops, and guided meditations designed to support reflection, stress reduction, and meaningful rest. She also shares meditation tracks and hosts live sessions on Insight Timer, making her teachings accessible to a global community seeking pause and reconnection.

Blending gentle yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and breathwork techniques, these experiences create space for reflection, regulation, and intentional presence.Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the group and can be offered in organizational settings, retreats, private gatherings, or collaborative environments. Participants are invited to slow down and reconnect, while learning practical nervous system regulation tools that can be integrated into daily life.
