Marianna is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with specialized training in Yoga Nidra. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, meditation, and deep rest practices that cultivate grounding and self-awareness.Alongside her group classes and guided meditations on Insight Timer, Marianna offers private sessions and workshops designed to support reflection and stress reduction. Her approach is accessible, and rooted in nervous system awareness.She also facilitates corporate wellness workshops across Quebec, Ontario, and the Atlantic provinces, using gentle yoga, meditation, somatic movement, and breathwork to help teams reduce stress, maintain focus, and support overall wellbeing.
